Tomato Basil Pine Nut Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon white sugar

DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, water, and sugar. Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
