Crazy Cakes



"Breakfast or snack food that I use in my classroom as our first lesson. This cake will take a different appearance each time it is made...sometimes flat, sometimes CRAZY!"

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, milk and eggs; stir until smooth.
  3. Drop butter into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place the pan into preheated oven until butter has melted. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until batter has set.
