Sauerkraut Salad INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 ounces pimento

Sauerkraut Salad DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan combine the salt, vinegar, caraway seeds and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the sauerkraut, onion, celery, pepper and pimento. Remove from heat and let marinate overnight before serving.
