South of the Border Slaw



"With just a hint of Salsa, this slaw is a tasty accompaniment to grilled Fish and Chicken."
Original recipe yield: 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Radishes, shredded
  • 1 medium Red, Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper, trimmed, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed Tortilla Chips
  • 1/2 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Salsa mild, medium or hot

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In large bowl, combine Cabbage, Radishes, Pepper, Onion and Tortilla Chips; toss gently.
  2. In small bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing and Salsa; mix until well blended. Add dressing to vegetables, mix and serve. Garnish with additional crushed Tortilla Chips.
