Very Good Pie



"This fabulous ice-cream pie can be made in any flavor you want!. It's so quick! Racers love it 'cause it's FAST! Use your favorite ice cream, plain old vanilla is fine."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bake crust in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
  3. Spread ice cream into crust and serve immediately.
