INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 1/4 cups water

DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine brown sugar, mustard, flour, raisins, vinegar and water. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes.
