INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared cheese tortellini, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water and chicken broth to a boil. Mix in the cheese tortellini, chives and salt. Cook 10 minutes, until the tortellini floats to the top.
