Three Bean Buffet Slaw



"Lima, green, and red beans converge with chopped pimientos, shredded cabbage, and herbs in this fresh take on a classic salad."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups chopped or shredded Red or Green Cabbage
  • 1 (17 ounce) can Green Lima Beans, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cut Green Beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Red Beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Pimiento
  • 1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Thyme Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
