Savvy Savoy Slaw



"A colorful accompaniment to Turkey or Fish any time of the year."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups Savoy Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Dried Apricots, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Shred cabbage in very thin shreds.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine cabbage with cranberries and apricots. Drain oranges and add to cabbage mixture. Pour Marzetti® Slaw Dressing over all and toss lightly to blend. Serve immediately.
