Peachy Ginger Soup

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons rum

DIRECTIONS:
- Puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender. Stir in heavy cream and rum. Chill. Serve cold.
