Speedy Vegetable Toss INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed, cut into thirds
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Coarse Kosher Salt, divided
- 3 medium Italian plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Speedy Vegetable Toss DIRECTIONS:
- Cook green beans in boiling water with 1 teaspoon Morton® Kosher Salt for 5 minutes; drain.
- In large bowl combine tomatoes, remaining 1 teaspoon Morton® Kosher Salt, oil, vinegar, basil and feta cheese. Stir in hot beans and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
Tip:
Herbed feta, Asiago, or blue cheese can be substituted for feta cheese. Kalamata olives or sundried tomato bits can be added.
