Sizzlin' Steak Burgers


"McCormick® Grill Mates® add a bold, zesty flavor to burgers. To add another flavor twist, top burgers with a gourmet cheese, such as Gruyere, Havarti, or crumbled blue cheese."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 4 hamburger rolls

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Mix steak seasoning into meat and form meat into 4 equal-size patties.
  3. Grill patties 5-6 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. Add a slice of cheese to each patty, 1 minute before cooking is completed. Serve on a roll.
