INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Monterey Style Spice Blends
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Santa Fe Style Spice Blends or Chili Powder
- 1 1/4 pounds beef sirloin or New York strip steak

DIRECTIONS:
- Blend first 3 ingredients. Rub evenly over steak.
- Broil or grill 8-10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
