Slow Cooker Beef Stew II



"Easy, quick and delicious. This stew is cooked in the slow cooker, so all you have to do is heat up some egg noodles and you've got dinner!"

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds stew meat, trimmed and cubed
  • 3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with the vegetable cooking spray. Add the meat and the soups to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  4. When stew is ready, pour over the noodles and serve hot.
