Spicy Orange Wings INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
- 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut in half at joint
- 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Spicy Orange Wings DIRECTIONS:
- In large resealable plastic bag, combine Lawry's® Seasoned Salt and Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper; add chicken. Close bag and toss to coat.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat Spread over medium heat and cook chicken, turning occasionally, 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken to platter and keep warm. Drain skillet, if desired.
- In same skillet, bring marmalade and hot pepper sauce to a boil over high heat, scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer, tossing to coat with glaze, 5 minutes or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with orange slices.
For Oven-Cooked Spicy Orange Wings: Season wings as above then arrange wings in bottom of broiler pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Brush wings with marmalade mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes.
