Gingerbread Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • Your favorite gingerbread recipe (box or scratch)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons half and half

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make your favorite gingerbread recipe and set aside.
  2. To make the sauce, cream together the other six ingredients. Serve over warm gingerbread. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest.
