INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free caramel topping
  • 1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts (or any nut of your choice)
  • 3 Quaker® Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Arrange thin apple slices on Apple Cinnamon Large Rice Cake.
  2. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of fat-free caramel topping.
  3. Sprinkle each Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake with 1 teaspoon of roasted chopped peanuts.
