Chocolate and Chili Soup



"Chocolaty with a hint of spice, this elegant dessert soup is sure to impress."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 10 ounces heavy cream
  • 5 ounces milk
  • 2 dried chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate flakes
  • 2 tablespoons baby marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons croissant croutons

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium size pan place the cream, milk and dried chili, bring to a gentle simmer and strain.
  2. Add the cream to the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Pour the soup into 4 bowls.
  4. Garnish with croutons, baby marshmallows and chocolate flakes.
