Lisa's Sunflower Bread



"The sunflower seeds give this bread a great crunchy texture and the molasses makes it warm and sassy. You can substitute whole wheat flour for some of the bread flour if you like."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
