INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 3/8 cups water

DIRECTIONS:
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread setting; press Start.
