INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 8 slices day-old bread
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine milk, egg, cinnamon and sugar. Soak bread in the egg mixture.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Cook until bread slices are golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve hot.
