Salsa I



"Salsa, EASY and not hot or spicy. If you prefer to put some zip in this, you can add jalapeno and yellow chilies."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
