Simple Chicken Slop

"Chicken breasts baked with creamy soup, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Slop it on and bake, but fear not - nothing sloppy about the taste! Serve over mashed potatoes with a side of corn on the cob, if desired."

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and shredded
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, soup, cheese, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Mix together and pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and casserole is hot in the center.
