Nutmeg Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Clean and slice mushrooms.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over medium heat until the wine comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat and serve while hot.
