Banana-Orange Smoothie

"I tried this recipe this morning and we decided it was delicious. A nurse prescribed a teaspoonful of ginger for my husband and myself each day. This is supposed to be beneficial for cholesterol. This recipe makes it taste nice."

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 large orange, peeled and seeded
- 2 cups vanilla-flavored soy milk
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

DIRECTIONS:
- Place banana, orange, soy milk, and ginger in an electric blender. Process until ingredients are blended and smooth.
