"This is a really good smoothie. You can use your favorite flavor of sports drink."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cups grape flavored sports drink
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, combine ice, sports drink and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
