Divine Crab Cakes



"McCormick's® Gourmet Collection® Seafood Seasoning gives this Divine Crab Cake recipe an intriguing spice flavor and a hint of spice heat, but doesn't mask the delicate flavor of the crabmeat. Serve on crackers for Maryland style crab cakes."

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 slices bread, crusts removed and broken into crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine egg, bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in crabmeat. Mix well; shape mixture into 8 one-half inch thick patties.
  2. Broil for 10 minutes, without turning.
