Holiday Leftovers Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Gorton's® Fish Sticks or Extra Crunchy Tenders
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
  • 2 Flatbread for wrap

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook 8 Fish Sticks or 8 Tenders according to directions.
  2. Puree cranberry sauce with mayonnaise in blender.
  3. Place 4 Sticks or 4 Tenders on wrap.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing on fish.
  5. Spread desired amount of cranberry-mayo mixture on top.
  6. Roll up and serve.
